Director
Naomi founded ATR in 2010 and brings over 30 years of automotive experience, spanning training, fleet sales and events. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, walks with her dog, reading and a little retail therapy. Naomi’s calm nature, energy and enthusiasm are at the heart of ATR!
Megan Bibby
Account Manager
Megan, our Account Manager, brings the perfect mix of creativity and organisation to ATR. A self-taught designer with a background in Office Administration, she keeps projects and clients on track. Outside of work, she loves a fresh set of nails, shopping in Bath, a Limoncello Spritz and getting stuck into a Karin Slaughter book. Megan’s dedication and infectious personality make her a big part of the ATR team.
Louis has 34 years of experience in the automotive industry, so he's no stranger to delivering top-tier training programmes. His expertise in creating and developing industry-leading courses makes him a powerhouse in the field. When he's not shaping the future of automotive training, Louis is busy tackling large DIY projects or focusing on his most important task — his kids how to take over the world (figuratively). Louis brings a hands-on approach to everything he does, both at work and at home!
Cameron Lyes
Concept & Instructional Designer
Cameron brings a wealth of experience in Computing, Education and Training to ATR. Having spent many years as a college lecturer, he has a real talent for making the complex feel simple. Outside of work, he’s a big fan of collectibles, cars, video games and a good film or series. Cameron brings plenty of knowledge, enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to everything he does.
Becca Kenyon
Concept Designer
Becca, our Concept Designer, brings creativity and fresh thinking to ATR. With a degree in Product Design and a passion for graphic design, she loves bringing ideas to life for our clients. Outside of work, she enjoys movies, art and surfing. Becca’s creativity and adventurous spirit bring plenty of energy to everything she does.
Louis Fernandes
Account Manager
Louis, our Account Manager, brings a friendly and organised approach to keeping clients and projects on track. Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his wife, two kids and their dog, getting stuck into a DIY project and listening to a good podcast. Louis’ down-to-earth personality and optimistic vibe make him a valued part of the ATR team.
Ally Casson
Junior Concept Designer
We’re delighted to welcome Ally Casson to ATR as our new Junior Concept Designer! With experience working at a Lexus retailer, Ally brings a fresh perspective and lots of energy to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her motorbike and playing rugby. We’re so pleased to have Ally on board and are really looking forward to working with her!

Sergio is a long-standing member of ATR, bringing over 20 years of industry experience and degrees in both Electronics and Psychology. His mix of technical knowledge and understanding of people brings a unique perspective to his work. Outside of ATR, he enjoys dystopian books and films, urban sketching and getting stuck into DIY projects. Sergio’s creativity and curiosity shine through in everything he does!
