Naomi Bibby
Director
Naomi founded ATR back in 2010 and brings over 30 years of automotive expertise to the table! From training and fleet sales to running unforgettable events, she’s done it all. When she’s not busy steering ATR to success, Naomi loves finding her zen with yoga, taking her dog on long walks, curling up with a good book, or hitting the shops for some retail therapy. With her engaging calm personality, Naomi’s energy and enthusiasm keeps ATR running smoothly and makes work feel like a fun ride!
Megan Bibby
Account Manager
Megan, our fantastic account manager, keeps things on track at ATR. A self-taught designer with an Office Administration qualification under her belt, she’s a pro at juggling both creativity and organisation. When she's not busy with clients, you'll find her curled up with a good book, hitting the gym, or indulging in her love for all things Harry Potter and Shrek — preferably with a glass of wine in hand. Megan's mix of dedication and infectious personality keeps the ATR team smiling!
Cameron Lyes
Concept & Instructional Designer
Cameron is one of ATR's newest recruits, joining us with an impressive background in Computing and Education and Training. After spending many years as a college lecturer, he’s got a knack for breaking down the complex into something everyone can understand. In his free time, Cameron's world is all about collectibles, cars, video games, and binge-watching his favourite movies and shows. Whether he’s tinkering with tech or talking trivia, Cameron brings a fun, fresh perspective to the team!
Becca Kenyon
Concept Designer
Becca is our vibrant Concept Designer at ATR, who’s been lighting up the clients with her graphic design skills! Armed with a degree in Product Design, she effortlessly combines creativity and innovation in her work. Outside the office, Becca loves to dive into scrapbooking, enjoys live music, and catching some waves while surfing. Her passion for creativity and adventure adds a unique spark to our team, making every day with Becca a new opportunity for fun and inspiration!
Louis Fernandes
Consultant & Instructional Designer
Louis has 34 years of experience in the automotive industry, so he's no stranger to delivering top-tier training programmes. His expertise in creating and developing industry-leading courses makes him a powerhouse in the field. When he's not shaping the future of automotive training, Louis is busy tackling large DIY projects or focusing on his most important task — his kids how to take over the world (figuratively). Louis brings a hands-on approach to everything he does, both at work and at home!

Consultant & Instructional Designer
Sergio is a long-term member of the ATR family, backed by two decades of industry experience. With degrees in both Electronics and Psychology, he has a blend of technical know-how and deep understanding of human behaviour. When he's not solving complex problems, Sergio immerses himself in dystopian books and movies, captures city life through urban sketching, or is getting hands-on with DIY projects. Whether it's futuristic worlds or creative projects, Sergio’s imagination knows no bounds!
