Training the Trainers

When cascading training it is important to provide a consistent experience to all delegates. We tackle this in three ways:

•  We provide a comprehensive training toolkit

○  This includes detailed instruction guides, explainer videos, session plans, assets and visualisations

•  We deliver train the trainer workshops. These can be digital, face-to-face or a combination of both

○  Digital allows a walkthrough of the materials

○  Face-to-face allows trainers to experience the workshop and activities as we want their delegates to

•  We provide on-site mentoring and coaching of live sessions. This is particularly powerful when subject matter                expertise is required (e.g. Electric Vehicle ecosystems)
