On-the-job Training

Coaching on the job can be a highly effective way to develop and motivate individuals at all levels, as well as the teams to improve their performance and reduce resistance to organisational change.

 

We build confidence, develop skills and knowledge by providing targeted guidance, timely feedback, and encouragement. Our approach involves a combination of formal and informal procedures including regular touchpoints and coaching by observation. Throughout the coaching process we set and monitor goals, explore options and review results.
